Good to know!

  • Items with a “Special Price” price mark may be the last item in the shop with some visual or other defect. Please contact Manilla before purchasing the item to clarify whether the “Special Price” item has any defects.

What are the payment options when placing an order?

  • The following bank cards can be used for prepayment – VISA, Eurocard/MasterCard, VISA Electron, American Express, Paypal.

How long and by whom?

  • Orders placed before 14:00 are processed and handed over to the courier the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 are processed and handed over to the courier the next working day. Delivery may take 2-4 days within Latvia, 10-15 days to other European countries, UK and USA.
  • If you choose in-store collection, your order will be processed within one working day.
  • The Seller shall use its best endeavours to meet the delivery dates specified but, notwithstanding this, delays in delivery of the Goods may occur for reasons beyond the Seller’s control.
  • Delivery is via Omniva parcel machines and Latvijas Pasts throughout Latvia, the Baltics and Europe, or you can choose to pick up your goods free of charge in the store at 55 Tērbatas Street.

What are the delivery costs?

  • To find out the exact delivery costs for your order, place the selected items in the virtual basket and go to “Basket”. Select a delivery location and the system will give you the exact delivery costs for your order.

In case of loss of goods

  • In cases where the goods have not been delivered to the Customer due to the fault of the postal service, the Seller shall reimburse the Customer for the value of the paid goods and delivery only after the Seller has received proof of loss or compensation from the postal service.

Return of goods

  • The customer has the right to withdraw from the ordered goods within 14 days of receipt. In this case, the return shipping costs shall be borne by the Customer.
  • The goods can only be returned if they have kept their external appearance, original packaging and labelling.
  • Refunds will be made upon written request from the Client. The funds will be transferred to the details provided by the Customer. The Seller will refund the amount paid for the goods within 7 – 30 days. The Seller reserves the right not to refund the purchase and service fees until the Customer has returned the goods or provided proof of dispatch.
  • If you discover any defects (scratches, tears, etc.) caused during delivery, you have the right to reject the goods immediately. The Seller shall bear the shipping costs.

  • In the event of non-attendance at a lesson or course, the fee paid will not be refunded.
